About The Inventor.

Ellen Croft has always had a passion for fitness—from her love of sports at an early age to her current deep interest in health and wellness. After healing from cancer in her twenties, she dedicated her life to helping others love their bodies–no matter what.

Ellen also has a fascination for how things work. This curiosity translates into her playful yet powerful fitness inventions that help people build strength and flexibility while delighting in movement and the gift of embodiment.

The international success of her inventions and workout videos have brought Ellen into living rooms around the world. Loved by clients for her detailed teaching style, Ellen addresses everyone’s uniqueness and offers personal modifications to suit every body.

Her work attracts clients from all walks of life, celebrities and medical professionals to dancers, athletes, and beyond. Body awareness, balance, and ease in movement are key goals and Ellen believes that muscular definition and a strong long lean body are the result of workout routines that keep changing, offering the body and mind new challenges.
