Classes.

Due to Covid 19 classes on PYG are available on Zoom.

Currently we offer on going classes.

In order to join a class you must own a PYG.  We do have some clients who attend with Supreme Pilates or other Pilates home equipment, however in order to attend with a different apparatus please contact us first as you will need to modify certain movements and will not be able to attend certain classes.
